me, my sister, & mom have a group chat. That I do not get messages from or photos. My sister has a iPhone, my mom has a android. It never lets me deliver messages or anything. What’s the problem that I can fix?

You'll need to contact your phone carrier and make sure your line is provisioned to use MMS.
Then in message settings turn MMS on.
