iPhones _ unlocked for International carrier

If I purchase a new iPhone 11 on Apple.com (US) without carrier connected ( now I'm located in US for still some months) and then in next months at the Europe return I'll use a new SIM of an International carrier (Vodafone ) could I have problem to use the iPhone or all all iPhone models are unlocked also for not US carriers? Thanks.

You have to buy your iPhone for full price from an Apple Store or Apple Online Store and specify that you want an unlocked iPhone. If you need service on the device you will need to return to the US or send it to a friend or family member and have them take it in.
