Restoring iPhone as New

So I made the mistake of deleting my second Apple ID without logging out of it. Support said they turned off the Activation Lock, and to restore my phone as new through recovery mode. It says that this will delete all my data from my device and to not restore from a backup.

My question is, how do I go about getting everything back on my phone? Do I restore as new and then use the backup? I don’t have an iCloud backup as that is tied to the deleted account but I have a backup on my computer through iTunes.

You won’t be able to use any backup at all after restoring. If you haven’t restored yet and can still access the phones content you can try syncing content to a computer (not a backup to iTunes), like Photos.
