My iPhone ‘S storage indicates I already have an update of the same version, it is now getting ready to install. Why?

There is no such thing as an update in an iPhone Storage. Not sure what you meant by this.

There was an iOS version update on March 31st, 2022. This was an iOS update for version 15.4.1 The previous iOS version was 15.4
