New entry in notes disappeared

I recently wrote a new note on my iphone and then opened notes on my mac. The new note disappeared and I can't find it anywhere in recently deleted notes.


I saw that there is a backend solution that only apple support can assist with, but I have no idea how to reach them?


Can anyone assist?

Troubleshooting Lost Notes:


A. Where to Go:


and...


B. Apple Contact Info:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there, as necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
