Falta de informações sobre o serviço de reparo
I am deeply concerned about a situation. On March 24th I took my iphone 13 to Apple service for maintenance. My phone was not booting the system and was sent to Apple for review. I was given a deadline of 3 to 5 business days to return, and it was not met. It's been over a week since I've had my phone and I haven't heard from him. I've been to the store twice and no attendant can tell me what's going on, I'm completely unaware of my device, which has caused me a lot of professional inconvenience. The two times I went to the store, no new deadlines were given to me and the only thing I hear is that they don't know where or how my cell phone is. Has anyone ever experienced this? Is there anything to do?
