I have been using the Do Not Disturb feature on my iPhones for many years. Now that it is grouped under the FOCUS setting I can not get it to silence calls or messages from sources that I want to exclude. What is the secret to making it work as it did pre-iOS 15?

still same issue, restart the device, check for updates, reset network settings. Also u can try with another sim to check.

It's too bad "Do not disturb while driving" disappeared from the IOS!! Any ideas how to set something up to work without having to remember to go into menu after menu to turn "Focus" on and off? It's a real irritation!
