Double Charged

I signed up for the 5GB for $.99 then was told I was running out of room and needed to upgrade to 100GB for $1.99 now I am being charged for both. I thought once I signed up for the larger product that the lower fee would be automatically remove. What needs to happen to make this correct? Have had the larger storage for approx. 3 months

Use these instructions:--> Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support.

Apple will judge (and let you know via email) if your request is eligible for a refund.
