Apple TV sky news app not working as it should

Try this for any misbehaving app:

• Force-quit the app, then relaunch and try again.
• If the issue persists, force-quit the app, restart the device, then relaunch and try again.
• If the issue still persists, delete the app, re-download and try again.
• If the issue still persists, then contact the app developer for further assistance.

When i go to watch one of the videos below the live news ( which does play

) there is s red circle with a line through it and then just closes - have deleted the app 3x and re installed - its just on my Apple TV this is happening - the i pad is fine ?

I heard back from Sky, message posted below. In the meantime, my app is working now and I’m able to watch the live stream and all the clips. But if your app is not working, you can submit a report via the link below:

I’ve done all the steps for trying to fix a “misbehaving app” but nothing seems to work.

So what did Sky say when you emailed them?

Yep, same for me. None of the video clips below the Live stream work. All with red circle. I’ve done all the steps for trying to fix a “misbehaving app” but nothing seems to work.

Urquhart1244, Sorry, I did all the steps except "contact the app developer" so thanks for posting the Sky email address. I will contact them and report back to this discussion if they have any fixes.
