how can show Library folder

Hello

I need to exclude some path from a backup software.

I can not select

Users/me/Library

Users/me/.dropbox

Because the folders are hidden.

And I can not write the path. I can only select a folder, which is, ... hidden.

Is there a shortcut to show a hidden folder, for selection?
