App Store Download not working

I recently setup a phone for wifi use only for my child and have Family Sharing applied. On my child’s phone, nothing will download from the App Store. Please help. Thank you. 🙂

Family account child games not downloading I have the family sharing account on mine and my child’s iPads. My phone and iPad both work fine downloading anything from the App Store but for both my children it won’t download anything it has me enter the passwords and acts like it is going to but only has the loading circle that comes up next to the app and it never changes or even starts downloading. Anyone know how to fix this?

Apps not downloading I’m trying to download an app on my daughters iPad. I click GET and am asked for my password and then asked to click INSTALL. Once I do, nothing happens except a spinning circle. No icon appear on the iPad and the circle spins for several minutes and then the GET button appears again. I have family sharing on but she has permission to download. I downloaded the app on my phone without a problem. We have different apple IDs but share purchases.
