I want refund

Hello apple.

I just go to add funds and added 100 INR to my apple ID money deducted but i don’t receive it can you please resolve it i need that money right now

Funds transfers can take up to 48 hours to complete.

Have you tried signing out of the App Store/iTunes, restarting the device, and then signing back in?
