My phone has screentime set on it and we don’t know the password or Apple ID for it there is no forgot password option and my phone turns of at 10 can you decidable screentime please on my phone thanks

Here is what to do: If you forgot your Screen Time passcode - Apple Support
If you're on a version prior to iOS 13.4 and cannot upgrade, then you'll likely have to reset your iPhone, and not restore any backup. Restoring a backup will restore the screen time passcode.

As for the forgotten Apple ID, that's a bigger problem.
