Watch issue

Every morning the face on my watch is enlarged, I have to push both buttons and shut it down and restart it for everything to come back to normal size, this used to happen every so often but is much more frequent now. I can be in the middle of a yoga class and everything on my watch face gets much larger and I have to restart it to be able to end the workout I don’t know what’s going on with my watch?
