Recently added not syncing on Mac music app

I’m using Apple Music on multiple devices. When I add something to my library, it shows up in recently added on my iPhone and iPad, but my MacBook Pro has stopped syncing it. Strangely, it does appear in the library. However, when I delete something off the Mac, it doesn’t delete off the iOS devices. It seems like the sync is partially working with Mac but not completely. Hasn’t been since I got the new laptop about a month ago.

I’ve tried deleting the library file and recreating it, signing out and back in, etc. no luck.
