It won’t let me make a new one apple id & I need a new one I need help it say I got too many Apple IDs

Individual Apple devices can only create a limited number of new AppleID accounts - if memory serves correctly, either three or five. This issue generally only occurs with previously owned devices - and in such cases, you may need to use a different device to create a new account.
