Please check the App Library for all the apps installed (Swipe left on your Home Screen). From there you can press and hold and drag to your Home Screen.

If not showing up in the App Library as well please cross check in the AppStore for the status.

Check if Offload unused apps is enabled in

Settings - AppStore - Offload unused apps
