I want to update my IOS and I need the files fir the IOS 13

• Phone 12 or 13 series: You can update to 15.4.1
• Any model 6S or newer (including original SE and 2nd & 3rd editions): You can update to 15.4.1
• iPhone 5S or 6: You cannot update to iOS 13 or higher; you can update only to iOS 12.5.5
• iPhone 5: You can update only to 10.3.4
• iPhone 5C: You can update only to 10.3.3
• iPhone 4S: You can update only to 9.3.6
• iPhone 4: You can update only to 7.1.2

You can’t update to iOS 13. If you have an iPhone 6S or later you can update to iOS 15.4.1. If your phone is older than a 6S then it cannot be updated beyond what is already on it.

You can’t have an older version. You can have either the last version for your phone model, or iOS 15.4.1. If you go to Settings/General/About, what does it say for model name?
