Go to Settings>Mail>Accounts>Add Account and add the account to your device. You will need your email address, account password. Some Microsoft accounts also require an app specific password if you are not using their app, which for Hotmail should be the Outlook app. Otherwise you can download that app and add the account to it. Up to you.
