Random songs disappearing and reappearing in my Apple Music playlists

For the past few months random songs are missing from my Apple Music Playlists. If I delete the playlist from my library and add it again from Apple Music I can see all the songs in the playlist again but the issue repeats itself. I’m frustrated because I can’t tell if I’m missing songs that I don’t remember. All the suggested things to check were already enabled, such as having “Optimize Music” off, “Sync Library” on, my iOS is up to date, my Apple subscription is valid, etc. Any feedback and help is very much appreciated.
