Software update
I have an issue with the App Store not being able to download because my phone needs the software IOS.13.2
iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 12

Check iPhone type -> Go to: Settings -> General -> About.
If it is an iPhone 6 Plus -> iOS 12.5.5 is the last security updates for iPhone 6 Plus, -> released 23 september 2021.
If it is an iPhone 6S Plus you can update the iPhone to iOS 15, see this Apple article:

Go to: Settings -> General -> Software Update.
