Hacked Apple ID and they changed the Apple ID to a different one

I need help, my ex hacked into my Apple ID and changed the Apple ID. I don't know what he changed it to, does Apple keep records of the Apple ID's and what they are changed to? I lost all my moms funeral pictures and he got all my information. I tried to reset the password but it says; This Apple ID is not valid or not supported? This was on my iPhone 6S plus and when I went to upgrade to iPhone 11 the phone company said he put his name as owner of the phone.

iPhone 11, iOS 15

Unfortunately, your account - given the circumstances - most likely wasn’t “hacked” …

… but rather was simply changed using your own credentials which were either known - or accessible - by someone else.

It is unfortunate, but nothing we can do can determine what it was changed to, or to “undo” it.

It undoubtedly CAN be determined … with an appropriate legal order. Hence the “lawyer” recommendation.
