There is no password for the device.

There is a password for your Apple ID account. If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

There may be a password for AirPlay. Adjust AirPlay and HomeKit settings - Apple Support

There may be a PIN code for Restrictions. Restrict access to content on Apple TV - Apple Support

There will normally be a password needed for your Wi-Fi network. It would be set on the router or access point.

To reset the device and set up as ‘new’, if needed: Reset or restore your Apple TV to its factory settings - Apple Support
