If you mean the “App Store” it’s already built-in to your Apple OS.

The App Store app cannot be removed, but it can be hidden, and access can be blocked.
If the app isn’t simply “lost” on some other page of icons (use the search function to find it), then you probably have Screen Time enabled, or have Focus enabled. Turn that off. Screen Time and Focus are good ways to the control details of the configuration, but are also good ways to confuse and confound.
Or if your device is supervised by an IT team or by a parent, you’ll need to discuss this with the people that have supervised your device, as they can block access to the App Store.
