Hello again ~ The storage on your physical iPhone and your iCloud storage are two different things. Buying more iCloud storage will not increase your device storage. You're paying for 50gb of storage in iCloud, your iPhone still has the same 32gb of storage that it has always had. Try turning on 'Optimise iPhone Storage' in Settings > Photos, to try and make the most of the iCloud storage, this should help.
