How do I unlock my iPad without iTunes

I locked my iPad up but I don’t have a Mac to have iTunes I have a windows 7 that doesn’t have I tuned on it how can I unlock my iPad

Ask a friend, acquaintance or family to use their computer, or at a public library.

Alternately, visit your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider and they should be able to help you out.

You will first have to make an appointment due to the pandemic.
