Howdy, Chanell5, I’d be happy to help you… but, i/we will need a bit of info from you… what model and year of manufacture is your Mac? what MacOS do you have/are you running now? How much ram/memory do you have installed and how big is your system drive, which can be found by going to

the big Apple icon, top left of your screen/monitor then “about this Mac” … them take a screen shot ( Apple + shift+3 pressed together on your keyboard… you’ll hear a “click” if it worked… then you can post it here, after blurring your serial number and any personal info)
