Hi - I cannot seems to be able to get the Apple TV 4K booting. The light keeps blinking slowly as if it is booting but I get no picture. I did the latest update and everything went fine for a week but unit is now in a limbo state. Anyone has seen this behavior before?

For Apple TV 4K model, you will need the assistance from Apple. Users can’t restore this model themselves externally.
