Multiple time machine back ups

Hi, I use an iMac with both personal and work files on. I use time machine to create a complete back up and I'd like to know is it possible to create a second additional time machine back up minus my personal files? I know I can deselect files and folder to back up but I want to retain the 100% complete back up too.

I hope that makes sense, thank you in advance for any tips.

The only way to do it with Time Machine is to change the setting each time you want to change what is backed up.

You can use backup app like Superduper or Carbon Copy Cloner for one backup minus work or with work and Time Machine for the other.
