photos and icloud

i used icloud for a couple of months and then cancelled the extra storage of 200 gb. i think i still have all my originals stored on my mac. before the 30-day window expires ow do i confirm that my mac holds all the originals?

Open the Photos application on the computer and in the Sidebar, select Photos at the top. Then scroll to the bottom and there will be a total of how many photos there are. Then go to iCloud.com/Photos using a browser and select Library at the top. Then scroll to the bottom and there will be a total of how many photos there are.
