Three red dots after title in Apple Music - can you turn them off?

I would love to turn off this feature so I don't see them. Does anyone know of a way to do this?

This isn't a customizable feature. If you are signed into your Apple ID and have Sync Library enabled you're going to have this ellipsis menu to control various aspects of Apple Music.
