If I send a text and delete as soon a spossible can the othe perosn see it

If I sent a message and delete it as soon as possible can the other person still see it and im on ios15.4.1

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 15

Once it has been sent, it's out of your control. Deleting it on your end doesn't affect what the recipient can see.
