Longer process but doable.

Notation - the scan directly into the Contacts application is not available

iPhone either in Notes and Scan the Business Card to PDF or Photos and picture of same.

On Apple Computer Contacts Application and refer to below image

It's a feature of the paid version of Evernote (transfers them to the Contact app automatically). I think it would require a phone. There are probably also other applications that will do this.
