Thunderbolt port broken?

Hey, my macbook pro has the 2 thunderbolt 3 ports. One of them (the upper one) seems to have stopped working. Is there any way I can fix this? Or do i need to visit a mac store?

Hi,

Try to check your MacBook Pro USB-C ports with Apple Diagnostics if it's a hardware related issue(error codes NDT001 to NDT006).
