I have billing questions

This is a company phone so it is billed thru work. But my 3 stepchildren have iPhones and I am getting charges on my debit card that are unexplained. Is there any way I can talk to a person about this?

Follow the steps in the support document you posted from to identify the charges. If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement

If you are using Fam ily Sharing, you will need to follow the steps from their devices too if they are using their own Apple ID, or an Apple ID that is different to the one you use.

If you must talk to Apple Support, you can use the "Contact Apple support" link at the bottom of that same support document.
