Make sure that your iPhone model is identified correctly (a "6x Plus" doesn't exist on the market), by using these instructions:--> Identify your iPhone model - Apple Support

When done, take a look at this compatibility list:

Should your iPhone model support the current iOS version, please tell us what happens when you try to update it.
