1) You must have previously set up and activated Find My Phone

2) The "lost" iPhone must be powered on at the time

3) An "exact" location is unrealistic. An "approximate" location is about the best you will do

Unless you had Find My turned on and active you can’t.

Log into your iCloud account at https://icloud.com/find

That is the ONLY way for you to track it.
