After update to iOS 15.5 my iPhone SE2 will not connect to wifi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Is not connected and will not connect to the wifi network it has been connected to since December, 2021 since updating to iOS 15.5 last night.

This is particular to the update to iOS 15.5 last night. I have reset network preferences, forgotten the network and tried to log back in, etc. to no avail
