To make sure we're on the same page, what specifically happens with this monitor and your Mac?
For example:
- Does the monitor recognize a signal from the Mac and all? Or just remain on a black screen?
- Are you using a cable that plugs directly from the Mac to the monitor or an adapter? If an adapter, does the problem persist with a different one?
- Does the monitor work with other devices?
