Focus modes should have an option to exclude apps and contacts.

Currently i can only set up focus modes by selecting the apps i want to allow in a particular focus mode. There needs to be an option where i can select the apps that should not be allowed during a focus. For example, I have set up a focus mode called ‘Home’ where i want to allow all apps except my work apps. The same logic applies for contacts.
