Hard Drive Management.

Sorry about dejavu. I accidentally set original as solved!

I'm running Monterey 12.3.1.

I moved the Photos Library to an external HD and that is working fine.

I deleted the Library from my Hard Drive and it is no longer shown in Finder.

But when I go into About This Mac, Storage, then manage it still shows the Library Icon and 79.42 GB.

What has gone wrong and how do I fix it please?

iMac 27″, macOS 12.3

Someone suggested Inventory X and I'm now working my way through its results. Still have original problem but solved one I didn't know I had!

As I said in your other version - the manage storage info includes photo libraries on external drives. No idea why it does this, but it is what it is. (It might be when the external library is set as the system library)
