MacBook Pro will not complete boot up

My MacBook Pro computer froze and when I did a power off and on restart it came back with no upper menue. I have restarted it several time and it will not return.

Try the following:

Click ▶︎ Software Update.

If that does not help, then try the following:

➢ Try Safe Mode.

➢ Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac.

If that does not help, then get expert service and support at the Genius Bar.

Click ▶︎ Start a Service Request. ⚛️
