Hi I am Apple User and I want to install Monterey OS in Macbook Pro Core 2 Duo is it possible

The age of your MacBook will tell if you are able to upgrade to Monterey.

Go to Apple logo in menu bar and click about this Mac. You will see the type of your MacBook

Then you can check if your MacBook is compatible with Monterey

The best a Core 2 Duo MacBook Pro can install is 10.13.6, which is High Sierra. That is four full generations of MacOS in the past before Monterey.
