Hi My trade in iPad mini was on hold for a month. And then two days ago, I received my iPad mini. It seems like it has been mailed back without give me any new label. I still want to trade it. How can I do?
BTW, there is a iPhone in trade box also mailed to me. I am not sure what I do for that one. That's not mine.

The usual reason for returning a device is that it is too old or damaged to have any value. As for a phone, I have no idea - obviously a mistake. So do call Apple to inquire.
