If you've forgotten or misplaced your passcode, your ONLY option is to reset (erase) the device and restore it from a backup.


You will need your AppleID credentials.

Note: If your device is running iOS prior to 15.2, you’ll ADDITIONALLY need a cable and a computer to follow the additional instructions linked near the bottom of the article.
