iPhone 12 Pro not charging with MagSafe case!

My iPhone 12 Pro not charging with MagSafe case! If I remove the case (leather apple case with MagSafe) it charges normally.

Any ideas?

Return the case to the Apple retail store and have them look into it (if it’s defective or not).

iPhone 14 Pro not charging on MagSafe Duo with Clear Case on it. Hi all, Hope you are all well. I recently have bought a new iPhone 14 Pro alongside with the official Apple Magsafe Clear Case. When the case is covering the phone, it is not charging when placed on the Apple MagSafe Duo Charger. Magnets snap, animation shows up - but no charging progress at all. I have restarted the phone, without any improvement. Phone charges normal on the pad without case. A bit frustrating given the known premium quality claim by Apple, especially as I have choosen to go with an "official certified" product combination over hundreds of third party choices available. Anyone got any idea what do to to fix that behaviour? Appreciate all tips and hints, thanks a lot in advance. Sascha

MagSafe charger cycling on Iphone 12 Pro Max. My Iphone 12Pro Max keeps cycling between charge and not charge when on the MagSafe charger. I have removed the case (That I bought from Apple that supports using the MagSafe). The phone charges fine with the normal charger.

iPhone 13 pro Silicone case not charging There definitely seems to be an issue with the silicone cases and the MagSafe charging. I am using a Belkin MagSafe compatible charger. When my phone is “naked”, the phone charges without issue. When my apple-brand silicone case (with MagSafe) is added to the phone, my phone charges only for about 20mins before stoping to charge. if I want my phone to charge completely, I need to use my lightning cable, or use the wireless charger without the case on. additionally: with the case on, despite its “MagSafe” system, it does not hold on to magnetic mounts for my car. The iPhone 13 pro apparently is still too heavy for the magnets to make a difference. I have seen a few posts now where others have similar issues. Very, very disappointed in this MagSafe tech.
