I have itunes on my phone, can i get it synced to my laptop

If you have music on your iPhone that you purchased from the iTunes Store, or you have an Apple Music subscription, then sign into your Apple account in iTunes on your computer. You will be able to download purchases, and to manage your Apple Music there.

There is no iTunes on an iPhone.
