My mobile data automatically goes off on its own. Only Safari that works

Try first to optimize the range of the mobile network, see this Apple article:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network

Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points

If you need help with your Wi‑Fi password

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

If it still happens, contact your Carrier, ask about your data plan.
