IPAD keychain backup

Your Keychain will be included in your iCloud backup if you have not enabled Keychain in iCloud.

If you synchronise your iPad Keychain with iCloud, making your Keychain available across all your Apple devices, your Keychain will not be included in your backups. Being stored/synchronised with iCloud, a separate backup is unnecessary.

Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud > Keychain > iCloud Keychain - enable or disable as required

There are no natively supported methods whereby your Apple Keychain can be independently backed-up.

Not to my knowledge but you can sync it with iCloud
