I have IOS 15.5 but got message that cell connection requires update??
Happened a couple time in past 2 days and I reset network connection successfully.
Now I cannot reset and so have no cell coverage.

Cellular issue, update required — but I have latest iOS and therefor cannot update, and reset not working
